The Old Colonial Motel is a 30 unit clean, modern facility located directly on 7 miles of sandy beach in southern Maine. Amenities include: outdoor 87 degree heated pool, exercise room with hot tub & sauna.

In room amenities are A/C, color cable TV w/ HBO, VCR, remote, phone, and refrigerator or fully equipped kitchenettes. Many variations are available i.e. king or queen beds, separate bedrooms, suites, private oceanfront decks.

Several amusement parks and attractions, as well as restaurants & shopping, are within a short drive. We are open late April to early November.
