Dream House is made for dreaming and breakfast is great.

We are located about twenty miles west of Kingston, N.Y., on Mombaccus Mountain in the hamlet of Samsonville. The mountain is home to deer, bobcat, black bear, coyote and all the small creatures. Over 1000 acres has been declared forever wild.

Dream House offers country charm, solitude, breathtaking views, private decks for sunning and porches for shading, gardens, and ponds.

Our beautiful bedrooms feature feather beds, down comforters, down pillows, and cable TV. Enjoy a library of books and videos.

Woodstock, historic Kingston, tubing on the creek, Belleayre and Hunter Mountain music and ski festivals, antique shops, country flea markets, auctions and Hudson River Cruises are only a half hour to forty-five minutes away. Also nearby, great fishing, swimming, biking, and hiking.
